Red Octane, the producers of Guitar Hero basically had to produce a Wii version of the game due to the explosion of the Wii into the world. With huge successes in versions one and two, Guitar Hero 3 was a no-brainer. The Internet world was soon releasing the Wii Game Cheats for Guitar Hero 3 and family time has not been the same since.

The first, most noticeable difference the Wii version of Guitar Hero 3 has is a wireless guitar, somewhat similar to a Les Paul Gibson guitar. The guitar also acts as the Wii remote so that, for example, when you want to use a power in the game you press the trigger on the remote rather than lifting the guitar.

The Wii version of Guitar Hero 3 also has features that are not available on other gaming systems such as the rumble which makes your guitar shake to the beat of the music. The guitar will also stop playing when you play a wrong note so you will hear only the squeaks of wrong notes.

The Wii version of Guitar Hero 3 supports Nintendo’s Wi-Fi Connection but there has not yet been any information released on when you can expect to play competitive on the Internet.

In the meantime you can keep practicing and getting your skills ready by adding some features using Wii Game Cheats for Guitar Hero 3 to get you there a little faster.

To use the cheats you have to first go to “options” and then choose “cheats”. Scroll down to “Enter Cheats” and press the green button on the Wii guitar. After entering the cheat press “start” on your guitar. Note that in Guitar Hero 3 you have to actually strum the codes as if you were playing normally.
